Does it hold up under a forklift? Yes. Double-bed quartz is designed for heavy loads and forklift traffic. It is the toughest surface in our lineup.
Does it resist chemicals and oil? Yes: oil, solvents, shop chemicals. The membrane is non-porous and watertight, so nothing penetrates and everything cleans up.
Can you mark zones or lines? Absolutely. We build zone marking, traffic lines and safety zones right into the system, with no paint that peels.
How do you prep the slab? Diamond grinding, repair of cracks and holes, then the pour. That is THE prep that makes an industrial floor hold up under wear.
Is it really watertight? Yes, it is a continuous membrane with no seams. Ideal for production rooms, wash areas and spots where water or liquids must not seep in.
How long before we can drive on it? Depending on the system, we put it back in service quickly. We plan with you to keep the production stoppage to a minimum.
