Beauport is mostly single-family homes of every age: old houses along avenue Royale, newer developments to the north. A 1970s garage and a 2015 garage don't get prepped the same way. We check the slab and measure moisture before choosing between flakes, metallic and quartz.
The area
The metallic finish in the photo comes from one of our jobs. We don't say where: we don't publish our clients' addresses. It's the finish people pick when the garage doubles as a showroom, a clean workshop or a room where they host.
Along boulevard Sainte-Anne there are also shops and service buildings. A floor that takes oil, dropped tools and carts needs a thicker system than a home garage: that's where double-broadcast quartz earns its keep.
